At ASerenity we use French Hard Wax made with 100% natural bee’s wax for near painless wax. The added Chamomile extract softens and soothes skin while preventing irritation. Being of homogenous texture, this wax does not break and requires no strips. This wax is recommended for sensitive areas and is used for waxing such as Brazilian, facial and bikini waxing but is used at ASerenity for all areas.

We cannot wax client that are taking Accutane, using Retin-A , have just tanned in the sun or tanning bed or are on any antibiotics that contribute to increased skin sensitivity. Menstruation does NOT prevent you from waxing, although your skin may feel a bit more sensitive.
