What is the difference between Crystal Microdermabrasion, Diamond Tip & AquaDermabrasion?
Crystal Microdermabrasion
Crystal microdermabrasion uses fine exfoliating crystals and suction to remove dead skin cells from the surface of the skin. This treatment focuses on resurfacing and improving texture, mild acne scarring, clogged pores, and uneven tone through physical exfoliation. It is more abrasive and is typically recommended for thicker or less sensitive skin types.
Diamond Tip Microdermabrasion
Diamond tip microdermabrasion uses a diamond-coated wand to gently exfoliate the skin without loose crystals. The precision tip allows for more controlled treatment, including delicate areas around the eyes and mouth. It is ideal for improving fine lines, rough texture, congestion, and overall skin smoothness with less irritation.
AquaDermabrasion
AquaDermabrasion is an advanced hydrodermabrasion treatment that combines gentle exfoliation, deep cleansing, hydration, serum infusion, and vacuum technology in one treatment. Instead of crystals, it uses water-based exfoliation with customized treatment solutions to cleanse and nourish the skin while improving hydration, congestion, dullness, and overall skin health. It is suitable for most skin types, including sensitive or dehydrated skin.
