Due to COVID-19, we are temporarily limiting the number of daily appointments. The health and safety of our clients and staff is very important to us. For this reason, walk-in appointments will not be accepted and clients who are not currently receiving a service will be asked to step out in order to control the number of people within the salon/spa/clinic. If you are experiencing a fever, cough, or sore throat, please reschedule your appointment for when you are no longer symptomatic. If you have been to a COVID-19 impacted area or have been in close contact with a person infected with COVID-19, we ask that you please reschedule your appointment for 14 days past the date of contact. Please note, we are requesting that clients wear face coverings when they arrive for their appointments.

Amid the ongoing uncertainty of COVID-19, we have modified our cancellation policy to offer greater flexibility to all our clients.


We hope this will alleviate any stress and hesitation you have about an upcoming appointment. If you need to reschedule for whatever reason, and especially if you are not feeling well, we understand and request for you to please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. 


To further support you, there will be no penalties for cancellations. However, if you fail to cancel and "no-show" we will charge 50% of the service fee.

ASerenity has an appointment system that allows you to sit down at your computer, take a look at your calendar and schedule the time that is most convenient for you. You can even make several appointments at one time. Best of all, it’s fast, it’s convenient and easy to use! Please take a minute and read the information below as you will find a few important rules for booking online appointments.

A credit card will be needed to book your appointment(s). You will not be charged unless you no-show to your appointment which will result in a 100% charge to your credit card. We do have a 24 hour cancelation policy.


Please enter in “Notes” field if you have a Gift Certificate, Spa Finder Gift Certificate or any other coupons.


If you have any Deal Of The Day Vouchers (Groupon, Travel Zoo, Living Social, etc), please call to make your appointment, do not use the online booking feature. If you use the online booking feature, your appointment may be canceled or you can be charged full price.


Please book your appointment 12 hours in advanced.


You will need to cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance. If you no-show to your appointment you will be charged 100% of service or if you have a voucher, it will be forfeited.
